Brand-new to jiu-jitsu? Unsure how it all works? This is for you. Six weeks of structured curriculum that gives you the language and confidence to step onto the mats with the regular classes.

Who It’s For
Are you brand-new to training and unsure of how it all works? The Beginners Course is built specifically for you — a structured runway from your first day on the mats to confidently rolling in our All Levels class.
What You’ll Get
We don’t hand you a list of 30 moves and hope you remember them. We teach you principles you’ll use in every roll — for the rest of your training.

Each class layers onto the last. By week 3 you're chaining concepts. By week 6 you're rolling with structure and confidence.
Drilling and live training in a controlled, supportive room. Every coach has been the new person before — and we coach accordingly.
You're not handed off to a junior instructor. Coach Mike Wilson — 2nd-degree 10P black belt — runs the room.
